Macroscopy: skin ellipse
bearing a tan crusted nodule.
Microscopy: sample with nodular
penduculated elongated mass
with thick layer of squamous
epithelium. Bundles and cords
of collagen and irregular
dysplastic hair follicles
well differentiated
sebaceous gland lobules.
Mild folliculitis
furunculosis and fibrosis.
Mitotic rate low.
Diagnosis: acrochordon -
benign skin tag or
Fibroepithelial polyp.
Non-neoplastic proliferation
Of skin and epithelium.
Lesion completely removed.
