7 Foods for Better Sleep - a tip for insomniacs

Many people of my acquaintance have trouble sleeping at night, so here I proffer a small list of foods said to help you nod off (to sleep, not to die!).  

1 Oatmeal
2 Chickpeas
3 Bananas
4 Seeds and Nuts
5 Warm milk and honey
6 Potatoes
7 Relaxing tea
