Vile Boris Lives!
Poet Patrick McManus in Raynes Park, London, had a cat named Boris who won the sobriquet Vile Boris via his lively antics. Like Don Marquis with Mehitabel, his master made him famous on the poetry list poetryetc by reporting his vilest deeds!
Unfortunately Vile Boris took on Death last night and lost.
Vale Vile, Vale Vile.
May a rainbow reign over Raynes Park on this day annually.
